How to temporarily waterproof high-end digital SLR at a very low price or free?

I have a camera very expensive, and I want to take on a jet ski with me at Lake Powell. Im worried about getting wet or damaged. What is the best way to waterproof it for very cheap or free? I thought plastic wrap or plastic bags, but I wouldnt be able to acess the controls in this manner. Anyone have any ideas?
