Hi I have a problem when I film my TV with my digital camera with a black line across the tv?

Is anyone knows how to get rid of this black line, if I can edit the video and remove the black line?

You are really using an inadequate method to enter your TV. The right way is to use a video capture card for your computer. Hauppauge is a popular manufacturer of good quality but affordable capture cards for consumption. They are both internal and external to your computer. I would recommend the Hauppauge HD PVR. It is easy enough to use and captures both standard definition and high definition signals. If you need a card that has a tuner, the WinTV seek suitable premises they do. As mentioned earlier, once the lines are there, you can not remove or it is a really tedious task to remove and fill in missing information.
