In the past year, several new models of digital cameras were launched on the market. But since technological progress never stops and continues to grow at a rapid pace, more feature-rich units are being created.
Three brands – Olympus, Sony and Panasonic – have unveiled their latest creations. Of the three, Olympus has released many new models six followed by Sony and Panasonic to five to two.
Olympus announces the release of its six new digital cameras, just before the start of the Consumer Electronics Show 2010. The new Stylus models are for the brand, and series Stylus FE-Tough. Specifically, they are the 3000 Stylus-Tough, 5010, 7030, 7040, FE-47 FE-4020. All come in various colors and thicknesses.
The 3000 Tough-Stylus is the first of the series to be released this year. Available in bright colors, it promises to be a difficult gadget is able to survive shocks, water, at very low temperature and shakes. Sony has revealed its hand for the creation of five new Cyber-shot compact digital cameras. One of them is the first CCD-based technology use pan. The five most recent models are the DSC-W370, DSC-W350, DSC-W330, DSC-W310 and DSC-S2100.
The Sony W370 and W350 models share the same 14-megapixel imaging, but differ in size LCD by a margin of only 0.3 inches. Finally, Panasonic has launched three new models Lumix FH series. These are the DMC-FH20, DMC-FH3 Non insulin dependent and DMC-FH1. All except for the function of the unit FH1 14 megapixel image size and come in great colors that can match your lifestyle. Although these digital cameras are quite thin and small, they can slip into your pocket, they are still packed with features to enable users to capture quality images.
In addition to the FH series, two new FP-Lumix series have been unveiled. They are the DMC-DMC-FP3 and FP1. These boast slim Camera photo of a single lens design folded.
